SkyRun 2025 – Conquer New Heights in the Heart of the City
The Bitexco Tower Run – SkyRun 2025 has officially returned, bringing together thousands of athletes from Vietnam and around the world to take on the ultimate challenge: 51 floors – 1,002 steps to reach the summit of Ho Chi Minh City’s iconic landmark.

Free Muscle Recovery Zone – Chiro Lifestyle Supporting Athletes’ Post-Race Recovery
After conquering all 51 floors of the Bitexco Tower, hundreds of athletes stopped by the Chiro Lifestyle Free Stretching Zone to relax their muscles, unwind, and recharge their energy.
The Chiro Lifestyle therapist team provided hands-on assistance with professional stretching techniques to relieve post-race soreness, reduce muscle tension, and accelerate recovery.
More than just a place to rest after the run, the Chiro Lifestyle Medicine zone also offered valuable insights on spinal care and musculoskeletal health, helping athletes maintain peak performance in both sports and daily life.
